Run by SMG (now ASM Global) under contract P-12035. Listed in the printed budget under Revenue (9310), Corporate Fund. The budget book says Soldier Field is projected at $62.9 million of gross revenue and $36.3 million of gross expenses in 2026, so this line is the expense side of the stadium. The District publishes no list of what the operator spends it on. The operator (SMG, now ASM Global) was approved by the Board on 2013-02-13 for ten years at a management fee of $600,000 to $684,000 a year (press report), which would be under 2 percent of this line. The budget also has a separate account, 623095 Management Contract Incentive Fee ($1,183,983 in 2026, Revenue department), so some fees may sit outside this line. The book does not say.
One company runs Soldier Field for the Park District, and the District does not publish what it pays that company for each job.
