The budget book says golf gross revenue is $9.9 million and gross expenses $8.5 million in 2026, so this line is the expense side of seven courses, three driving ranges, three learning centers and two mini-golf courses. The contract fee is $1,275,000 a year, about 15 percent of the line. It is not shown whether that fee is paid from this line or from account 623095 (Management Contract Incentive Fee). The rest is what the operator spends running the courses, which the District does not itemise.
